custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb||||false|false\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Une gestion des eaux pluviales exemplaire<\/h3>\n<p>Les eaux de toiture et les eaux de ruissellement alimentent un syst\u00e8me de bassins \u00e0 ciel ouvert : bassins de filtration\/\u00e9puration et bassin de stockage. L\u2019eau stock\u00e9e, en bout de cha\u00eene, permet d\u2019alimenter une fontaine min\u00e9rale, mise en sc\u00e8ne par une lame d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me autonome se d\u00e9compose ainsi en 2 grands ensembles :<br \/> &#8211; La place min\u00e9rale, faisant office de parvis au b\u00e2timent de UTEI, offre un cadre agr\u00e9able pour d\u00e9ambuler ou prendre sa pose repas \u00ab les pieds dans l\u2019eau \u00bb ;<br \/> &#8211; Les jardins aquatiques, compos\u00e9s d\u2019essences diverses, ont chacun un r\u00f4le biologique et purificateur sp\u00e9cifique.
