_builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.0.9&Prime;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.9.0&Prime; hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h3>Mission de ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;oeuvre pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement de l&rsquo;\u00e9coquartier Desjoyaux \u00e0 Saint-\u00c9tienne<\/h3>\n<p>Inscrit dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des t\u00e8nements mis \u00e0 jour suite aux d\u00e9molitions de b\u00e2timents et hangars entre la rue Desjoyaux et l\u2019impasse Desjoyaux, ce quartier, aujourd\u2019hui engag\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9marche de labellisation \u00e9coquartier (niveau 2), b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la proximit\u00e9 du versant bois\u00e9 de la colline du Cr\u00eat de Roc, espace de nature majeur au sein de la ville de Saint-\u00c9tienne.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet \u00e9tablit une transition de l\u2019all\u00e9e Desjoyaux, trait\u00e9e comme une promenade plant\u00e9e en pied de colline (zone de rencontre) \u00e0 la rue Desjoyaux au vocabulaire plus urbain. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019espaces publics de c\u0153ur de quartier permet en outre de conforter cette transition du versant bois\u00e9 \u00e0 la rue Desjoyaux et offre ainsi un v\u00e9ritable espace de respiration au sein du quartier. L\u2019all\u00e9e Desjoyaux est requalifi\u00e9e en zone de rencontre.
