Un bassin de gestion des eaux pluviales est \u00e9galement am\u00e9nag\u00e9 au nord de l\u2019op\u00e9ration en interface avec le centre nautique Yves Nayme.<br \/>La rue Loti, avec l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de bandes plant\u00e9es, permet d\u2019organiser le stationnement et la partition des flux (bandes cycles et pistes en sens montant) participant \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion urbaine et paysag\u00e8re de l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Le relief, et le contexte urbain permet de distinguer 4 s\u00e9quences fortes, qui s\u2019individualisent avec la mise en place de bande bois\u00e9e et de mails publics plant\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Notre mission a \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9alisation du CPAUPE et du permis d\u2019am\u00e9nager, pour lesquels nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des s\u00e9quences portant des prescriptions sp\u00e9cifiques pour le b\u00e2ti, en mati\u00e8re d\u2019implantation et d\u2019\u00e9pannelage mais \u00e9galement en termes de traitement du d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 et de v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation.<br \/>Nous avons aussi anim\u00e9 le conseil et le suivi architectural, urbain et paysager de tous les projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagements propos\u00e9s par les p\u00e9titionnaires, ainsi que la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019insertion 3D dans le projet global dans le but d\u2019aider les \u00e9lus \u00e0 mieux appr\u00e9hender la future zone d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_2&Prime;
