A partir de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un diagnostic de territoire pluridisciplinaire, notre \u00e9quipe propose plusieurs sc\u00e9narios, accompagne les \u00e9lus dans la d\u00e9finition des axes prioritaires d\u2019intervention et d\u00e9finit un plan d\u2019actions associant des interventions sur le b\u00e2ti (notamment prieur\u00e9) et sur les espaces publics (parc, places&#8230;). Les modalit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles sont d\u00e9finies en partenariat avec les acteurs locaux et nous \u00e9tablissons un calendrier des op\u00e9rations et proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n<p>In fine, la commune disposera d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie d\u2019intervention en faveur de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de ses deux centres-bourgs. Sur les sites \u00e0 enjeux \u00e0 court terme, nous r\u00e9aliserons des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 urbaine, architecturale et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9grant les modalit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et juridiques, en vue de la requalification d\u2019un ou plusieurs \u00eelots et d&rsquo;espaces publics.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_2&Prime;
