A l\u2019entr\u00e9e nord de l\u2019ancien bourg d\u2019Izieux, cette op\u00e9ration marque une transition entre le tissu industriel du GIAT et le coeur de bourg au tissu r\u00e9sidentiel. Il conforte ainsi \u00ab\u00a0le sentiment d\u2019urbanit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019approche de l\u2019ancien bourg. Cet espace polyvalent (jeux, bancs, p\u00e9tanque&#8230;) permet aux habitants de se retrouver sur un espace commun, agr\u00e9able et isol\u00e9 des circulations des voitures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des d\u00e9placements et des usages mieux identifi\u00e9s<\/strong><br \/> La redistribution des usages (circulations pi\u00e9tonnes, circulation v\u00e9hicules, stationnement, espaces de rencontre&#8230;) a permis de recadrer efficacement la place de la voiture, tout en am\u00e9liorant les usages pi\u00e9tons et r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs et en augmentant de mani\u00e8re significative le nombre de places.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La gestion des eaux de pluie \u00e0 ciel ouvert<\/strong><br \/> Les voiries et les zones de stationnement sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 80% \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une collecte des eaux pluviales \u00e0 ciel ouvert.
